英文摘要	同燕, 陕西师范大学政治经济学院讲师,管理学博士;肖士英,陕西师范大学政治经济学院教授,哲学博士。; 【中文摘要】意识形态内在于社会治理。社会治理展开于意识形态场域、内在地具有意识形态属性,是意识形态的存在形式。社会治理的意识形态挑战表现为:阻障社会治理多元协调目标的生成、限制社会治理认知质量的可靠性、抑制甚至摧毁社会治理的可能性、窒息社会治理创新可能性、弱化社会治理主题选择的恰当性、销蚀社会治理批判的有效性。社会治理并不具有自足性,不能在其自身限度内避免和有效应对意识形态的严峻挑战。因此,决不能盲目膜拜社会治理,必须对其功能限度及意识形态对其严峻挑战有清醒的认识。社会治理的意识形态挑战有效对策由以确定的根本依据,在于社会存在的内在客观要求。社会治理的意识形态挑战的有效对策,呈现为基于此依据的由多环节构成的对策群。 【Abstract】 Ideology lies in social governance. Social governance plays out in the field of ideology and intrinsically contains the characteristics of ideology; it is the existential form of ideology. Social governance faces the following ideological challenges: hindrance of the formation of diverse coordination goals for social governance, limitation of the reliability of the cognition quality of social governance, inhibition and even destruction of the possibility of social governance, stifling of innovation in social governance, weakening of the appropriateness of theme options in social governance, and erosion of the validity of social governance criticism. With no self-sufficiency, social governance can't evade or respond effectively to the fierce challenges of ideology within its own limitations. Therefore, we shouldn't blindly worship social governance; instead,we must gain a clear understanding of its function limitations and the challenges it faces. Effective countermeasures to the ideological challenges of social governance lie in the intrinsic objective requirements of society as the established fundamental basis.
