PAni/Si/G/C复合材料的制备及电化学性能; Synthesis and Electrochemical Performance of Si/C Composite Modified by PAni

英文摘要通过球磨及高温固相法制得了Si/C复合材料,并氧化合成聚苯胺包覆于硅碳复合材料的表面. 采用XRD、SEM、红外和热重分析观察复合材料形貌、分析样品结构,循环伏安法和充放电测试表征PAni/Si/G/C电极电化学性能. 结果表明,PAni/Si/C复合材料表面覆盖了较为完整的片层状结构的聚苯胺膜,可逆容量高达784 mAh.g-1,50次周期循环后,嵌锂容量保持在690 mAh?g-1.; Silicon/carbon (Si/C) composite materials were prepared through high-energy ball milling and high-temperature solid-phase method, and then coated with thin polyaniline (PAni) film by oxidation. The microstructure and component of the composites were characterized by SEM, XRD, IR, TG, and the electrochemical performance was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and galvanostatic charge-discharge tests. The results showed that the surface of PAni/Si/G/C composite was coating with complete lamellar structure of PAni film.
