英文摘要Conference Name:2013 International Conference on Human Health and Medical Engineering, HHME 2013. Conference Address: Wuhan, China. Time:December 7, 2013 - December 8, 2013.; Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a kind of osteoarthrosis that is quite common in elderly people. It brings people pains and disabilities and always makes them suffer a lot. It's significant to find out effective ways for KOA detection. The content changes of compositions of KOA cartilage will lead to changes of its near infrared absorption spectrum, so it is likely to use near infrared spectroscopy to study KOA. In this paper, OA models of rabbits in the knees were obtained with Videman method. The spectrums of normal knees and OA ones were both collected and extracted for many times. Spectral information of OA knees were analyzed with linear fitting method finally. Compared with normal knees, the near infrared absorption spectrum of OA ones increase, especially at 983 and 995 nm. It is feasible to use near infrared spectroscopy to detect KOA noninvasively and in vivo. ? 2014 WIT Press.
