| 英文摘要 | 海洋保护区是保护典型海洋生态系统和生物多样性、拯救珍稀濒危物种的重要工具。目前海洋保护区数量和面积不断增加，但许多海洋保护区并未得到有效的管理，“纸上公园”式的保护区仍大量存在，保护效果不理想。保护区管理效果差的重要原因之一是缺乏定期的跟踪或对比评估，对管理中存在的问题认识不清；因此开展保护区评估对促进管理行动的适应性调整、提升管理水平非常重要。 当前保护区管理效果评估研究存在的主要问题是：评估研究对象以陆地类型的保护区为主，缺乏适用于海洋保护区特性的评估体系；评估偏重管理过程，但忽视生态系统状态和利益相关者管理，评估内容不全面；另外，缺乏理论依据，不同性质的、跨学科领域的评估内容难以整合、...; The marine protected area (MPA) is an important tool for protecting typical marine ecosystems and biodiversity and saving endangered species.
