英文摘要研发简易、可靠、便携、低功耗、低成本的光度检测器,一直是环境分析仪器研究的热点之一.使用2只880nM发光二极管(lIgHT EMITTIng dIOdE,lEd)及一块由计算机uSb接口驱动的数据采集卡(dATA ACQuISITIOn CArd,dAC),制作了对发光二极管光度检测器(PAIrEd EMITTEr dETECTOr dIOdE,PEdd).一只lEd作为光源,连接在dAC的模拟信号输出端口;另一只作为光学检测器件,连接在模拟信号差分输入端口,再通过计算机对dAC进行简单设置并完成数据计算,即可实现光度检测功能.优化了光源lEd和检测lEd的各项性能指标.使用PEdd分别作为静态和流动体系的光度法检测器,与商品化检测器对比,测定结果无显著差异.PEdd制作简易、成本低、体积小、功耗低,基本不受环境背景光干扰,非常适合作为便携式检测器,也适合作为实验教学仪器.; Developing a photometric detector with simple,reliable,portable,low-power-consumption,low-cost is a hotspot in the research area on environmental analysis instrument.In this study,two 880 nm light emitting diodes(LED) and a computer data acquisition card(DAC) with USB interface were combined to form a paired emitter detector diode(PEDD).One LED was used as the light source,and connected on the DAC analog signal output port;the other LED was used as optical detection device,by connecting to the differential signal input port.The photometric detection of PEDD could be realized by setting DAC operational data and computer processing.The optimization of the operational parameters of the LED light source and LED indicator were carried out.Besides,a comparison between PEDD and commercial detectors as photometric detectors in static and flow systems were conducted,and insignificant differences were detected.PEDD is simple,portable,low cost,small volume,low power consumption,slight interference from environmental background,which will be suitable for experimental teaching.
