| 英文摘要 | 本论文以典型半封闭海湾持久性有机污染物（POPs）等陆源污染监测与管理问题为切入点，首先开展了美国Narragansett湾流域-近海水体中POPs（包括PAHs、PBDEs、PCBs、OCPs）监测工作和源解析研究，据此完成了基于GIS的POPs与土地利用相关性及逐步多元线性回归分析。其次，以泉州湾陆源污染调查与控制研究为切入点，并通过较系统的监测方案调研，评估了我国近海POPs监测的主要问题。最后，通过开展各级海洋管理及一线监测人员及专家的问卷调查与分析，提出了构建并完善我国近海生态环境POPs监测与管理体系的相关建议。 1、将被动采样技术应用于美国Narragansett湾流域-近海区...; The thesis first carried out the research on monitoring and source identification of typical POPs (including PAHs, PBDEs, PCBs, OCPs) in the watershed-coastal areas of Narragansett Bay in US, and studied on the correlation analysis and stepwise multiple linear regression analysis of POPs and land use based on GIS.
