英文摘要	细菌生物膜广泛的存在于海洋环境中的固-液界面上，本文主要在实验室内从生态学角度研究了海洋细菌生物膜的形成过程与生态机制，旨在通过实验室内的研究获得一些关于海洋环境细菌生物膜形成的一般规律和机制，从而为更多基础和应用科学研究提供参考。在研究中共涉及三个方面：1）海洋细菌的粘附过程及影响因素；2）海洋细菌的生物膜形成过程、影响因素及某些特殊海洋界面上的生物膜形成；3）以悬浮菌为对照比较海洋中粘附细菌和生物膜对不利环境的抵抗与耐受问题。 首先，在考察海洋细菌粘附问题时，主要进行了细菌特征与它们粘附能力的相关性和水环境因素对细菌粘附的影响两个方面的研究。针对45株细菌的7个特征（分类、形态、运动性、...; Bacterial biofilms are universally distributed on marine solid-liquid interfaces. This thesis is concentrated on the processes and mechanisms of biofilm formation in marine environments with an ecological insight. The intention is to attain some general rules and mechanisms of marine biofilm formation that help us to do more basic and applied researches on marine biofilms.
