英文摘要	目的：探讨外涂普萘洛尔凝胶对浅表型婴幼儿血管瘤（IHs）患儿血浆碱性成纤维生长因子（bFGF）、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、肾素和血管紧张素Ⅱ（ATⅡ）水平的影响。初步探讨普萘洛尔凝胶治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的可能机制，以寻找治疗婴幼儿血管瘤高选择性用药，减少不良反应的发生。 方法：选取2013年2月至2014年2月厦门大学附属东方医院普通外科接受普萘洛尔凝胶治疗的33例婴幼儿血管瘤患儿，采用Achauer分级标准评估疗效，酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测患儿治疗前、治疗后1、3月血浆bFGF、MMP-9、VEGF、肾素和ATⅡ水平，并将其治疗前的结果与30例同...; Objective:To investigate the effect of topical propranolol gel on the levels of plasma basic fibroblastic growth factor (bFGF), matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), renin and angiotensinⅡ (ATⅡ) in superficial infantile hemangiomas (IHs).To explore the possible mechanism of propranolol gel treatment of infantile hemangiomas in order to select the high choo...; 学位：医学硕士; 院系专业：医学院_外科学; 学号：24520121153184
