英文摘要	目的：体外分离培养及鉴定SD大鼠BMSCs，研究BMSCs对放射性肺损伤的治疗作用。方法：1.体外分离、培养、鉴定BMSCs；2.大鼠放射性肺损伤模型的建立；3.通过检测血清TGF-β1、HYP水平，肺组织SOD、MDA含量、PCR扩增Sry基因，研究BMSCs对放射性肺损伤的治疗作用。结果：1.运用密度梯度离心法联合细胞贴壁法可获得纯度较高的BMSCs。BMSCs高表达CD29、CD90表面抗原，低表达CD34、CD45表面抗原。BMSCs可分化为成骨细胞及成脂肪细胞。2.行全胸部20Gy照射，可成功获得放射性肺损伤实验模型。3.第1、2w和4w时，A、B两组大鼠肺系数比较差异有统计学意义（...; Objective：Isolate,culture and identificate bone mesenchymal stem cells of rat, to obtain high purity BMSCs,and stability of the biological characteristics, study the BMSCs therapeutic effect on radiation-induced lung injury.
