英文摘要	摘要 目的：记忆性T细胞(Tm)是诱导移植物耐受的重要障碍，抑制其产生是从根本上解决加速性排斥，延长移植物生存期的关键。本文通过对T淋巴细胞功能缺陷鼠(裸鼠)过继转移CD8+记忆性T细胞，建立预致敏的心脏移植模型，并进一步研究了中药单体三氧化二砷（Arsenictrioxide，As2O3）对记忆性CD8+T介导的移植排斥的影响并探讨了其可能的机制。 方法：首先进行C57BL/6(B6)到BALB/c的皮肤移植，皮肤移植后一个月提取皮肤移植鼠CD8+Tm细胞，通过过继转移CD8+Tm细胞于T细胞免疫缺陷鼠（BALB/c裸鼠），然后以裸鼠为受体，以MHC分子错配纯系小鼠C57BL/6(B6)...; ABSTRACT Objective: Memory T (Tm) cells are a significant barrier to the induction of transplant tolerance.
