英文摘要梅毒是由梅毒螺旋体(Treponemapallidum,Tp)感染引起的严重危害人类健康的性传播疾病。梅毒特异性抗体检测方法包括TPPA,ELISA,FTA-ABS及Western-blot等,其特异性均较高。一般地,TPPA,ELISA作为临床初筛,FTA-ABS和Western-blot作为确认试验。其中,FTA-ABS需要荧光显微镜,而且其结果判断需要训练有素和较丰富经验的专业人员才能完成。 本文应用梅毒特异性重组蛋白TPN17和TPN47建立梅毒螺旋体IgG/M胶体金免疫层析技术(ColloidalGold-immunochromatographyAssay,GICA),设定FTA-...; Syphilis is a kind of sexually transmitted disease caused by Treponema pallidum.
