| 英文摘要 | 目的：检测Kv1.3钾通道阻滞剂ShK（L5）对动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis，AS)大鼠CD4+T淋巴细胞的Kv1.3钾通道电流密度和细胞内钙离子浓度变化的影响，探讨Kv1.3阻断剂在抗动脉粥样硬化过程中的作用。 方法：Wistar雄性大鼠24只，随机分为正常对照组、高脂饲料诱导动脉粥样硬化组和阻断剂治疗组。其中阻断剂组在高脂饲料喂养8周后给予皮下注射ShK(L5)阻断剂8周。喂养8周和16周时监测各组大鼠体重和血清中血脂水平的变化。喂养16周后测量大鼠体重，麻醉后取脾脏，心脏取血后处死，留取主动脉全段通过HE染色观察动脉斑块形成确定模型成功。最后，用免疫磁珠法分离出大鼠脾淋...; Objective: To examine the effect of a specific Kv1.3 blocker - Shk (L5) on the density of Kv1.3 potassium channels and the Ca2+ concentration in CD4+ T cells during the atherosclerosis procedure induced by high-fat diet in rat.
