英文摘要	帕金森病（Parkinson’sdisease，PD），又称“震颤麻痹”，是继老年痴呆症之后的第二大神经退行性疾病。。临床将PD分为特发性/散发性PD、家族性/遗传性PD、继发性PD和帕金森综合征。家族性PD占3%-30%左右，家族性PD的遗传类型包括常染色体显性遗传、常染色体隐性遗传及其它不确定遗传类型。家族性帕金森病虽少见，但为研究帕金森病的遗传因素提供了条件。通过研究与家族性帕金森病发病相关的基因突变导致多巴胺能神经元变性死亡的机制，将有利于了解大多数帕金森病患者的发病原因及防治措施。近年来遗传学研究发现了α-synuclein（SNCA）、LRRK-2、GBA、Parkin、PINK1...; Parkinson’s disease (PD), also known as the “parkinsonism”, is the second largest neurodegenerative disease after Alzheimer’s disease.
