英文摘要	本文以红外探测器的工作原理为基础，以XC3S1800A型FPGA作为系统的核心控制器，配搭外围电路，包括UL04071、DDR2SDRAM和TFT-LCD等实现了红外图像的采集、存储和显示。本文研究内容包含了红外图像原始数据采集电路板的设计和成品调试，并为其编写了驱动；实现了用DDR2SDRAM对图像数据进行读写操作；利用TFT-LCD液晶屏对DDR2SDRAM输出的数据进行显示。 论文以法国ULIS公司的UL04071非制冷型红外探测器为研究对象，进行了以该探测器为核心的红外数据采集电路设计，该设计包括：稳压电源的设计、焦平面直流输入的设计、TEC温控电路的设计、红外信号A/D采样电路。并...; The paper is based on the theory of infrared detector.
