英文摘要作为持久性有机污染物之一的多氯联苯(PolychlorinatedBiphenyls,PCBs)引起的环境问题已受到极大关注。尽管有研究表明PCBs与糖尿病和胰腺癌有关,但关于PCBs对胰腺毒性的机制研究仍然很不清楚。本研究以C57BL/6品系青春期雄性小鼠为研究对象,研究环境水平的PCBs对胰腺的毒性影响。采用浓度分别为0.5、5、50和500μg/kg的Aroclor1254,通过灌胃法对小鼠进行染毒,每三天灌胃一次,暴露持续50天。主要研究结果如下: 1、Aroclor1254暴露小鼠50天后,小鼠体重没有出现显著变化,但胰腺重量呈现剂量依赖性下降。组织学观察胰腺外分泌部的腺泡细胞体积...; As one of the persistent organic pollutants, Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) has raised much concern.
