英文摘要松材线虫(Bursaphelenchusxylophilus,PWN)是松材线虫病的病原物,是松树的毁灭性病害。近年来严重地威胁着我国和世界的林业安全,并且依然呈扩展蔓延趋势,对森林资源、生态环境、社会经济造成了巨大的损失。松材线虫被世界上许多国家列为检疫对象,在我国属于二级检疫对象。 松墨天牛(Monochamusalternatus)是松材线虫病最主要的传播媒介昆虫,也是危害松树的主要蛀干害虫。利用引诱剂诱杀方法降低松墨天牛种群数量,监测其种群动态及携带松材线虫的情况,是防治松材线虫病的有效措施。然而松材线虫与其弱致病性的有效近缘种拟松材线虫(B.mucronatus)形态相似,并常混生...; Pine Wilt Disease is a kind of destructive pine tree disease which is severely threatening forests safety in many countries and has caused great economic loss every year as well as imponderable ecological damage.
