| 英文摘要 | 在全球化经济持续低迷的背景下，我国经济下行压力仍较大，以服务业为主的实体经济发展成为我国的经济发展的一大关注点。报表是反映企业财务状况和运营管理的数据依据。 随着企业信息化和网络技术的发展，基于Web的网络信息系统越来越流行，Web化的统计报表系统成为报表系统的趋势。服务业的各级上报单位统计员通过收集和整理原始资料，再通过Web化的系统快速的填报信息，可以避免分散在各处的单位安装和配置CS报表上报系统的开销和成本。 本文针对服务业统计报表在线填报的需求，以软件工程为理论基础，设计并实现了服务业统计报表的在线填报系统，其主要研究内容概括如下： 首先，系统研究了面向对象的JAVA软件开发方法...; Under the background of the global economic downturn, the pressure of China’s economy is still relatively large.
