| 英文摘要 | 随着教育制度的改革，当前中职院校进行信息化建设，是提升教育水平，实现职业教育现代化、自动化、国际化的必由之路。 本文以某中职院校为研究背景，根据教师管理系统的特点，采用面向对象方法，选择较比较成熟的J2EE作为开发平台进行系统开发，系统架构采取B/S结构进行架构。本项目选用微软的SQLserver作为系统数据库，具有较强的可操作性和可维护性。在对该学校教师管理工作调研的基础上，明确了系统的各项需求，包括业务流程、功能需求和非功能需求，通过UML设计方法完成了系统的用例图、活动图的设计，对数据库的概念结构和逻辑结构进行了设计，系统在功能设计上包括教师基本资料管理、绩效考核管理、教师成果管理、教...; With the reform of education system, it is the only way to improve the level of education and to realize the modernization, automation and internationalization of vocational education.
