| 英文摘要 | 近年来，高等院校办学规模不断扩大，在校人数不断增多，收费项目与标准也不断变化。由于各高校存在不同的实际情况，多数高校采用的学生收费管理系统都存在一定的问题，其中就有由于没考虑到与其他部处(如教务处、学生处、公寓办等)的信息共享，而产生的信息孤岛。同时学生收费一直是学校财务部门的一项复杂、繁重的工作，学生人数规模的扩大，每年需要处理学生学籍变动信息量越大，需要处理的收费信息也随之增多，加之交费方式多样化同时收费范围扩大，都导致了收费难度的增加，整个高校收费管理工作呈现更加复杂。本文从高校收费工作中存在的实际问题出发，提出了具体的有针对性的设计方案，开发一个功能完善、信息化、智能化的收费系统，从根...; Abstract Scale expands unceasingly in recent years, higher vocational colleges, the school number increasing, charging items and standards are constantly changing.
