| 英文摘要 | 随着中国的改革开放，中国与世界各国在经济、文化等各个领域的交往与合作越来越频繁。通过互相往来促进中外人民的友好交流，有利于国家的繁荣发展以及经济建设。与此同时，出入境的中国公民不断增多，出入境的管理在政策、业务、管理模式上也不断发生变化，面对这种形势，出入境边防检查站面临的压力也越来越大。传统的出入境手续繁琐，而且大都是人工操作，存在很多问题。因此，针对出入境管理部门进行边防检查网上系统的建设非常重要。在此背景下，本文结合出入境管理的实际需求，提出出入境边防检查网上系统的开发与设计。 论文对课题的国内外研究现状进行了详细分析，并对课题的研究背景及意义进行了论述。同时通过对技术文献的学习，确定...; As China's reform and opening up, the exchanges and cooperation between China and the world in economy, culture and other fields are more and more frequent.
