| 英文摘要 | 目前我国正处于宏观经济转型与调整时期，阜康市面临劳动力资源的减少、资源型与工程型缺水同时存在，地下水严重超采；水利工程管理体制改革、农业用水水权水价改革、高效节水工程全面开展为现代水利发展奠定了基础。伴随着互联网+技术的应用，基于物联网的智慧水利迎来了更为广泛的发展机遇。 本文围绕阜康市水利工程建设发展及管理与改革的发展方向，以互联网+水利的建设思路，面向阜康市渠道灌溉、机井灌溉、高效节水灌溉的自动化和信息化需求，研究了阜康市智能灌溉物联网架构，设计了云平台。主要研究内容包括： 1. 提出了阜康市智能灌溉物联网架构，涵盖了明渠灌溉、机井灌溉和高效节水自动化和系统的内容，实现阜康市地下水、地...; At present, our country is in macro economic transformation and adjustment period, the FuKang city facing the decrease of labor resources, resource type and engineering water shortage exist at the same time, the serious exploitation in above quota of groundwater.
