| 英文摘要 | 随着近几年城市的不断扩张，城市人口的持续增长，使得城市问题的日趋严重化，传统的政府管理方式已经无法满足目前的问题处理需求，需要有新的方法被提出。路面巡查考核系统作为数字化城市管理的一个概念实现，它为一个行政区域如市级、县级或镇级，提供了可以对城市路面进行信息化管理的功能模块，能够有效地解决城市中的路面管理问题，对保护城市环境、维护城市秩序有着重要的作用。系统的建设运行采用了移动通信的技术等信息化的技术，主要依托于目前强大的移动无线网络（如3G）。 论文首先介绍了课题研究的背景即数字化城市管理的引入，并延伸出路面巡查考核系统的概念以及与数字化城市管理系统的关系；然后，论文阐述了开发路面巡查考...; With the continuous expansion of the city and growth of the urban population in recent years, the problems of city have become more and more serious.
