| 英文摘要 | 随着房地产市场不断发展，面对日益竞争激烈的国家房地产市场，中介信息管理工作就显得特别的重要。 本文探讨基于WEB技术的房产信息管理系统的构建以及相关技术。本系统采用B/S(Browser/Server)三层结构，使用ASP网页开发技术进行设计。本系统旨在提高房产中介系统的工作效率，能够极大得方便房主发布房屋信息，为房屋的租赁和买卖开辟更广泛的市场空间。会员可以根据自己的需求发布房源信息，并对发布的信息进行管理。同时会员还能够进行合租匹配查询以及收藏夹管理，有利于整合和管理市场的房产资源，极大方便了房主与客户浏览查询相关资源。 本文从房主、客户的角度对房产中介的发展状况做了相应的探讨。首先介...; With the real estate market continuing to develop, facing increasingly fierce competition in the national real estate market, the intermediary information management becomes more and more important.
