英文摘要	摘要 在传统纤维检验工作中，主要采用单一的应用系统，各业务工作分别在各自业务流程下运转，基本处于手工作业，无法实现高效率的办公及数据的高度共享、相关控制的实时预警。为了实现各项业务电子化流程、实时预警控制、综合信息查询，迫切需要开发一个纤维检验业务管理系统。 本文主要根据新疆维吾尔自治区纤维检验工作实际提出需求，对系统需要实现的主要功能，业务的办理模式和系统运行环境的要求进行详细分析，对软件构架、模块功能和数据库进行设计，实现纤维检验业务综合管理。系统包括一个集成办公自动化（OA）和检验业务管理子系统。本文只研究检验业务管理子系统的建设。根据业务范围，将主要功能分为4个模块：检验检测、质量...; Abstract In traditionl fiber inspection, usted to applying a single system of main application, not to share the data and giving a warning.
