| 英文摘要 | 目前我国高校在日常的办公工作时仍然是手工或者使用word、excel等半自动化方式，工作效率和质量都很低，特别是在对一些历史文档资料的检索、公文审批和管理工作。因此本人想利用网络技术和信息化技术对当前的学校日常办公管理进行了优化设计，对日常公文管理和流程审批的业务需求进行深入分析，开发一个适合于本校的办公管理系统，这对本校日常办公信息化的发展是有实际意义。论文的主要内容包括： 通过与学校的行政管理人员以及实际操作员工的沟通，获得高校日常办公管理系统的整体业务需求信息，确定系统的总体流程，然后使用UML工具进行系统的业务需求详细分析，获得了系统的功能性需求和非功能性需求；然后基于B/S模式进行...; Now the daily office work of our country university still used the manual or semi-automatic method of using word and excel, which causes low efficiency and quality, especially in searching history documents, examination, approval and management of official documents.
