英文摘要	本报告重点考察与梳理马克思主义政治规范观的形成与发展。基于思想史的角度，探讨西方政治规范观的历史背景与理论渊源及其问题，并从普鲁士国家的历史背景与理论转换的角度，探讨马克思政治规范观的形成；从马克思主义的唯物主义萌芽到历史唯物主义的形成再到政治规范观的形成与成熟，从规律与规范的两个角度，探讨规范的主体与对象的关系，重新反思政治规范理论与马克思主义哲学的关系。 第一章：本章从西方政治思想史演变的角度，梳理从古希腊到中世纪直至近代康德政治哲学中，与政治规范相关问题的理论探讨及其理论演变的特征。 第二章：本章探讨影响马克思思想形成的黑格尔法哲学；黑格尔则从对市民社会的考察中，考察了社会转型中出现...; This report mainly investigates the formation and development of Marx’s view on political norm.
