| 英文摘要 | 最优的股权结构，是学术界和实务界共同关注的重大问题。现有的研究对该问题的研究并没有从具体的影响途径出发，同时也没有得到比较一致的结论，他们仅仅从平均的角度来研究股权结构与企业经营业绩之间的关系，往往没有考虑不同公司的特征。目前，有相关文献从公司治理、委托-代理以及预算软约束的角度来考察该问题，仅有少数的文献来研究公司承担的所得税实际税负水平的角度考察公司的股权结构与其价值之间的关系。本文将在该些文献的基础之上，从公司所得税税收负担的角度出发，进一步考察不同的公司特征是否会对研究问题的结论产生影响。比如，是否享受税收优惠、所处的经济位置、外部的制度环境等因素。本文通过实证研究表明，公司的国有股占...; Abstract Optimal ownership structure is an important issue academics and practitioners all concerned.
