英文摘要	近年来，风险投资行业发展迅速，并已成为资本市场关注的焦点；同时我国政府也特别强调和鼓励风险投资的发展。然而国内关于风险投资市场领域的研究尚处于起步阶段，对风险资本退出绩效的实证研究很少。为此，本文尝试从“IPO方式退出”的角度来考察我国风险资本退出绩效，并重点研究其影响因素，以期为我国风险投资行业的理论发展及实践提供一点参考。 本文首先就国内外关于风险资本退出（或投资）收益的影响因素的相关文献进行了系统地回顾、整理和述评；再对我国风险投资市场的整体状况进行了简单概述，并就风险资本的退出状况（尤其是以IPO方式退出）进行了较为深入地分析；基于此，笔者再对我国2000年-2011年IPO方式下的...; With the rapid development of Chinese economy, venture capital industry has become the focus of domestic capital market, which is insisted and encouraged by the Government.
