| 英文摘要 | 滨河传统街区拥有历史价值较高的建筑群，有独特的文化生活传统，及与其相互依存的周边环境。然而，由于滨河传统街区多位于旧城闹市处，普遍面临建筑物破旧，街巷拥挤不堪，基础设施老化，配套不全等问题。不仅造成很大的安全隐患，而且破坏了街区风貌，降低了街区品味。或者由于开发商大规模、机械式的开发，漠视地域特征，对原有物质文化载体大肆拆除，损坏了滨河街区特色，人为地破坏了传统街区原本完整的空间秩序。论文试图针对上述问题探求滨河传统街区保护更新的原则和保护更新策略。 论文首先对与滨河传统街区保护与更新相关的有机更新、场所精神、地域主义等理论进行阐述，对苏州山塘街、苏州平江路、上海朱家角等经典的滨河传统街区更...; There are some precious buildings, unique traditional culture and connected environment in riverside traditional district.
