英文摘要 | 全固态钙钛矿型太阳能电池(Perovskitesolarcells,PSCs),主要由有机金属卤化物钙钛矿结构材料构成,由于其较高的光电转换效率、相对低的制备成本及简便的制备工艺,在太阳能有效利用方面展现出巨大的应用前景,尤其在最近两年获得了迅猛的发展。钙钛矿太阳能电池要逐渐走向商业化,低成本、大面积、高质量钙钛矿薄膜的空气氛围制备显得尤为重要。本研究以高质量钙钛矿薄膜的制备为重点,着眼于生长调控,借助于反应动力学优化、界面工程、溶剂工程以及热力学控制,从多个角度调控和优化钙钛矿薄膜的结晶过程,从而实现空气氛围下高质量钙钛矿薄膜及其高效光伏器件的有效制备;此外,还研究了器件结构中介孔层对于钙钛...; Organometal trihalide perovskite based solar cells (PSCs), which show the huge potential applications in the next generation photovoltaic (PV) with low cost, high power-conversion efficiency and various of facile preparing routes, has been intensively developed in recent year.
