| 英文摘要 | 随着汉语国际教育与推广事业的不断发展和逐步深入，建设和拥有一支高素质、高水平、高质量的对外汉语教师队伍将是持续的热点问题和重点问题。在这之中，汉语教师志愿者无疑是对外汉语教师队伍里的生力军和重要后备力量。本文选取具有中、西差异比较代表性的赴美国任教汉语教师志愿者的跨文化交际活动案例，深入探索影响跨文化交际能力的社会环境因素，旨在探寻因社会文化因素不同而带来的社会交际差异。 对外汉语教学本质上是在跨文化交际基础上进行的语言教学活动，在绝大多数情况下，跨文化交际者们实现有效交际的关键取决于交际者自身的交际能力与技巧。本文以赴美国实际参与一线汉语教学及当地社会交际的志愿者提供的真实案例为基础，将跨...; With the continuous development of Chinese international education and promotion cause, constructing and having a high-level, high-quality and of Chinese as a foreign language teachers will be hot issues and key problems continuously.
