| 英文摘要 | 在服务行业中，一线员工作为组织边界的拓展者，对于组织至关重要。他们时常需要面对组织和顾客互相冲突的需求。部分一线员工违反规定来满足客户需要在服务型行业中并不鲜见。在国外服务营销研究领域内，一线员工的行为是研究重点之一。近几年来，顾客导向的偏移行为这一概念逐渐兴起。 本研究选取顾客导向的偏移行为作为研究对象。通过对大量国内外文献的整理分析后发现：第一，顾客导向的偏移行为脉承四条理论流派——积极的偏移行为、亲社会行为、亲顾客行为和反生产工作行为。其概念特殊性较强，但相关研究缺乏；第二，对于影响顾客导向的偏移行为或类似行为的机制有待深入。基于上述情况，本研究着重围绕影响顾客导向的偏移行为的内在机制...; In service industry, the frontline employee, as the boundary-spanner, is vital to organization.
