英文摘要	果胶工厂项目不是一般的建筑工程，它特别需要满足生物工程专业要求，存在着更强专业性以及多专业交叉难度，同时存在着历史经验数据缺乏的问题。果胶项目前期组织阶段面临着众多的不确定性因素，传统企业管理方式无法系统地分析出项目全部工作内容，导致建设后期变更频繁，严重偏离项目计划目标。应用规范的项目范围管理对果胶类项目顺利的开发建设具有重大意义。 本文的研究目标是利用项目范围管理的理论和工具构建生物工程类项目建设的范围管理框架。研究方法采用案例研究，在总结福建果胶工厂建设过程中遇到的问题基础上，构建新疆果胶工厂建设项目范围管理框架。研究内容采用系统性研究，包括前期规划、范围计划、范围定义、范围核实、范围...; The project of pectin plant construction not only needs the basic building engineering design knowledge, but also needs to meet the requirements of biological engineering and highly inter-discipline knowledge.
