英文摘要	国内外企业经营管理实践表明，企业内部控制的完善程度直接反映企业管理水平的高低，而存货内部控制是企业内部控制的重要组成部分。随着全球大规模刺激政策的退出及通货紧缩的预期，市场产能的过剩必将导致存货的危局。在此背景下，建立一套规范有效的存货内部控制系统，将对企业降低经营风险、提升效益、保护投资者的合法权益产生积极的影响，对促进企业经营目标的实现有着非常重要的意义。本文选取F公司作为个案研究对象，基于内部控制整体框架理论着重对以下有关存货内部控制内容进行探讨：对不同采购模式下原材料采购及不同下单模式下在产品生产的计划安排与库存量控制的规范管理；对库存商品（含寄售模式下外部寄售仓库和外租仓库内的商品）...; The practices of enterprises management at home and abroad shows that the perfection degree of the internal control will reflect directly the level of management and the internal control on inventory are one of the important parts of enterprises’ internal control.
