英文摘要	竞争力是企业获得持续发展的竞争优势的基础，是企业发展的根本保证，核心竞争力是构筑企业竞争力的中流砥柱，是赢得市场竞争的最重要的力量，发展企业核心竞争力成为市场竞争成败的重要因素，企业核心竞争力理论己经成为分析企业成长的重要工具。 本文首先对企业核心竞争力理论进行了阐述，其次基于中成股份公司的现状，对中成股份公司核心竞争力指标量化测评的重要方面----投入产出效率----使用数据包络分析方法进行了测评并得出了结论，最后总结了中成股份公司在核心竞争力方面的优势和劣势。概括而言，中成股份的竞争优势主要有：行业壁垒优势、公司运作经验优势、大股东良好背景与支持优势、政府支持优势、规模优势、市场需求优势...; Competence is the basis of a corporation to obtain competitive advantages during continuous development, as well as the fundamental guarantee of the corporation’s development.
