| 英文摘要 | 随着对服装消费快速、时尚等消费需求的到来，我国服装连锁行业获得了快速发展。直营店、加盟店、前店后厂、贴牌生产等各种经营模式在服装行业掀起阵阵热潮。C服装企业通过仿效国美和苏宁创立多品牌连锁店的创新经营模式，采用设立直营连锁店，代销品牌服装、扣点场地租金的盈利模式，迅速获得成功。但其为何在短短的几年内走向破产倒闭？本文从内部控制的视角对C服装连锁企业的破产原因进行全面的分析并认为企业内部控制的缺失或失效是导致其破产的重要因素。 本文第二章描述了内部控制理念演变的五个阶段并介绍内部控制规范在我国的发展状况，为本文的研究提供理论支持。本文第三章在介绍服装行业及C服装企业基本情况的前提下，结合内部控...; The Clothing chain enterprise is gaining rapid development with the increasing demand on fashionable and apparel goods.
