| 英文摘要 | 创业活动是促进经济发展的推动力之一，创业企业利用社会上的劳动力资源创造了一定数量的就业机会。在党的十七大报告中，胡锦涛总书记明确提出“要实施扩大就业的发展战略，促进以创业带动就业”。目前，我国正处在人口总量、劳动力就业人口总量迅速增加的时期，就业结构性矛盾非常突出，而大学生的就业问题更是受到社会各界的广泛关注。在当前大学毕业生人数骤增和整个宏观就业形势严峻的情况下，党中央、国务院和教育部门大力提倡大学生自主创业和灵活就业。而每年庞大的大学毕业生群体中能够将创业作为自己职业生涯发展规划的大学生是非常有限的。因此如何培养大学生的创业意向，鼓励他们走上创业之路是一个值得研究的问题。 本文首先对创业...; Entrepreneurial activity is the driving force of economic development.
