| 英文摘要 | 标会，作为一种民间投融资方式，广泛流行于我国福建、广东、浙江等省的城镇农村地区。近年来，民间互助会之类的民间融资现象大量涌现，互助会在诞生之初，本是亲友之间以互助形式来筹措资金的重要理财方式，但时至今日，互助会已演变成以高额回报为诱饵，向社会公众广泛吸纳资金的非法的融资手段。在高额利息的诱惑下，不少人铤而走险，但当这种高额回报无法接续时，就会发生民间互助会“倒会”事件。“倒会”事件的发生，不仅严重损害了群众的切身利益，破坏了金融秩序，严重影响区域经济发展和社会稳定。由于互助会的规模不断扩大，会员之间也由原来的亲友邻居变成了陌生人，还有结构复杂的会套会，该会的“会头”成为了另一个会的“会脚”，因...; The rotating credit association,which call "BiaoHui" in spoken language,a kind of non-governmental money-raising group,is widely popular in countryside areas of Fujian, Guangdong, Zhejiang.
