| 英文摘要 | 信托是人类文明史上的一朵奇葩，在英美法系国家已盛行上百年。我国引入信托制度，也有近百年的历史，曾数度起落却难成气候。自2004年“郎顾之争”以来，我国学者在探讨国有资产运营体制改革的同时，也致力于研究“国有资产信托”。其中，资源类国有资产信托，正是“国有资产信托”的一个重要的类别，在我国目前所发行的信托产品中已有尝试。不过，与其他国有资产信托经营不同的是，现有的资源类国有资产信托更多地以融资为目的，客观上促进了资源类国有资产经营的拓展和资源类国有资产收益的增进。资源类国有资产折合股本后的股权信托、资源类国有资产公益信托的现有实践经验相当有限，但其创新空间极大，对我国资源类国有资产的保值增值，乃...; Trust is an exotic flower of human civilization.
