| 英文摘要 | 提单是国际贸易、国际货物运输中的关键单证。随着船运和集装箱技术的不断发展，纸面提单应用中存在的无单放货问题愈加严重，其适用受到挑战。20世纪80年代，电子信息技术的飞速发展使得电子提单模式应运而生，似乎其成熟发展并逐渐取代纸面提单为必然趋势，然而二十多年过去，现存的法律体系和商业实践中虽一定程度引入电子提单机制，但电子提单在国际贸易中并未实现有效普及，在互联网时代，电子提单的适用应是未来趋势，其优势潜力必将使其逐渐占据主导地位，发挥愈加重要的作用。现今需要梳理其适用的法律困境，针对问题指明困境的出路，以减轻电子提单推广应用难度。 本文除引言与结语外，共分为三章。 第一章概述电子提单机制，主...; Bills of lading are key documents in international trade, international transport of goods.
