英文摘要	随着当前科技的不断发展，网络攻击已成为一种新型的攻击手段。网络攻击的兴起，颠覆了传统的战争观念，给国际和平和安全造成了巨大的威胁。然而，作为新的攻击方式，目前国际法上对网络攻击还未有明确的规制，甚至还未有确切的权威定义。 本文旨在总结和分析网络攻击引起的国际法问题。除前言和结论外，共分为四章： 第一章以当今网络技术的发展情况为背景，探讨对网络攻击概念的定义以及网络攻击的法律特征，并证之以在爱沙尼亚、格鲁吉亚、伊朗和乌克兰发生的网络攻击实例。 第二章从战争法入手，着重分析国际人道法应用于网络攻击的前提，即是否存在国际性或非国际性武装冲突；网络攻击是否构成《日内瓦公约》中的“攻击”等问题。 ...; With the technical development, the cyber-attack is becoming the latest method of attack.
