| 英文摘要 | 直接投资是国外大型证券公司的重要业务之一，为提高我国证券公司的综合竞争力和适应金融全球化要求，国务院于2006年允许证券公司重启直接投资业务。直接投资是一项高风险业务，在放开证券公司此项业务的同时应重视并探索如何对其加强监管。本文在分析并充分考虑我国资本市场、证券公司及投资者现状的基础上，通过借鉴直接投资最为活跃的美、英、日三国的相关立法及监管经验，试图提出我国证券公司直接投资业务监管的若干建议。 本文除前言和结语外共分四章： 第一章界定了证券公司直接投资业务的内涵、外延及特征，为本文将展开的探讨奠定基础和划定范围域，同时比较了该业务与相近业务的异同，并论证了我国证券公司开展此业务的必要性...; Direct equity investment is an important business for foreign securities companies.
