| 英文摘要 | 本文研究的主要问题就是我国票据善意取得的适用范围。票据流通中的瑕疵涉及两个问题：第一个问题为因伪造、遗失、偷盗等原因而介入无权利人之场合，最后受让人是否将遭到来自遗失人或被盗人的返还请求，以及债务人可否拒绝清偿；第二个问题是转让人可否以自己转让行为的瑕疵为理由，主张转让无效或撤销而请求返还，以及债务人可否因顾虑有这些情况而拒绝清偿。因此，本文认为票据善意取得应围绕着上述两个问题，并结合票据的特性，通过衡量票据流转中不同利益主体之关系，来确定其适用范围。除前言和结语外，本文主要分为以下四章进行论述：第一章，从票据善意取得的渊源、票据权利的特殊性及票据善意取得的理论基础三个方面阐述了票据善意取得的...; This paper mainly discusses the applicable scope of bona fide possession of bill rights.
