英文摘要	随着文化产业在产业结构优化过程中支柱产业地位的初步确立,厦门市“十二五“期间要建设成为“两岸文化产业合作的示范区“,有必要借鉴台湾发展文创产业的成功经验并使之在厦门得到提升和拓展。本文从产业概念和政策环境两个方面剖析台湾经验,考察厦门现状,进而提出具有可行性的借鉴建议。; With the establishment of cultural industry in the status of the pillar industries in the process of the industrial structure optimization,Xiamen will have been built into a"demonstration zone of the cross-Strait cooperation in the cultural industry"during its period of "Twelfth Five Year Program".Therefore,it is necessary to learn from the successful experience gained by Taiwan in the development of cultural industry so that the industry in Xiamen can be upgraded and expanded.This paper aims to make a detailed analysis of the Taiwan experience from the perspective of the industrial concept and policy environment,and of the current situation of Xiamen before some feasible suggestions are proposed.; 中共厦门市委宣传部“厦门市促进青年文化创意产业的金融和政策支持研究”
