英文摘要	National Natural Science Foundation of China [10975116]; Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University [NCET-07-0730]; Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities [2010121011]; The ground bands and beta-bands of four nuclei Th-230,Th-232 and U-232,U-234 in the actinide region are investigated by introducing a collective D-0 pair into the projected shell model. We discuss the collectivity of the D-0 pair. The calculated energy schemes agree well with experimental data, and so do the E2 transition rates.
