英文摘要	Insight into a New and Promising Marine Source for Antimicrobial Compounds In searching for useful natural products, marine microorganisms have provided many bioactive compounds. Many of these compounds are novel and have not been observed from terrestrial microorganisms.1,2 In marine microorganisms, actinomycetes have been extensively exploited because of their biosynthetic capabilities for secondary metabolites.3,4Micromonospora, an important and rare genus of actinomycetes, produces many useful antibiotics, including aminocyclitos and macrolides such as gentamicin, sisomicin, mycinnamicin and rosamicin.5 In recent years, the genus has been the research focus for several …
