英文摘要	消费价格指数是官方统计对消费价格变动情况的一个基本描述,其数据质量在影响公众经济行为的同时,也在影响着一国(地区)宏观经济政策的有效性。文章以美国消费价格指数体系为研究对象,就美国统计实践中的传统CPI指数、PCE指数、C-CPI-u指数进行了对比分析,并从编制原理的改进、宏观经济政策的需要和可操作性等方面阐述了形成美国现有消费价格指数体系的原因。最后,借鉴美国的经验,结合我国现阶段CPI编制状况,提出了进一步优化我国消费价格指数统计的政策建议。; The Consumer Price Index is a basic description of the consumer spending for official statistics,its data quality impacts the economic behavior of the public and the effectiveness of fiscal and monetary policy.This article based on the U.S.Consumer Price Index( CPI) system as the object of study,and the traditional CPI index,PCE index,C-CPIU index in USA statistical practice were compared and analyzed, and from to improve the compiling principle,macroeconomic policy needs and operability aspect explain the reasons for the formation of USA existing consumer price index system.Finally,from experiences in the U.S.as a reference,by combining China‘s CPI preparation condition at the present stage the paper put forward some recommendations to further optimize our exist consumer price index system which aiming to promote the development of China's official statistics in the field of consumer price index.; 国家社会科学基金重点项目“国家统计数据质量管理问题研究(09AZD045)”的阶段成果之一
