| 英文摘要 | 近年来,随着“走出去“战略的深入实施推广,我国海外直接投资(OfdI)在政府政策鼓励下迅猛发展,加之经济快速发展引致的资源需求增长的驱动,直接投资较为密集的能源资源类行业的OfdI发展尤为突出,逐渐成为能源资源类OfdI大国,引起广泛关注。本文在分析我国能源资源类OfdI的规模、地位、种类、合作范围等发展现状及基本模式的基础上,以拓展的邓宁IdP理论为基础,使用非参数lOWESS估计方法,对我国能源资源类OfdI的投资动因和投资机制进行实证检验,得出我国能源资源类OfdI投资大致处于IdP理论第4阶段的结果,进而阐述当前形势下该类投资面临的主要机遇与挑战,最后从能源资源类OfdI企业和我国政府两个角度,对我国能源资源类OfdI的进一步发展,提出建立与国际化投资运营相适应的公司治理结构、拓宽OfdI方式、用工本土化、积极承担企业社会责任、提供风险咨询服务和鼓励民间资本进行OfdI等建议。; As the Go Global Strategy was brought into effect,China's ofDI has developed rapidly with the encouragement of China's government in recent years,especially in energy & resources sector where direct investment is more intensive with the purpose of resources demand.And China has greatly enhanced its presence in the global landscape of ofDI which has attracted worldwide attention.This paper analyzes the present scale,status,sort,area and basic modes of China's ofDI in energy & resources sectors,and then does empirical study on these ofDI based on the expanded Dunning's IDP theory to throw light on its drivers and mechanism by using nonparametric estimation of LOWESS.We have arrived at the conclusion that this ofDI is about in stage 4 of IDP Theory.Finally,we give some advice on China's ofDI in energy & resources sector to accelerate its peace in the future after discussing the main opportunities and challenges of this sector in current situation from the aspect of enterprise and government,such as rebuilding the structure of enterprise administration,expanding the ofDI mode,localized employment,taking CSR,risk management consulting prevention and private investment.; 福建省社科规划项目“我省积极稳妥推进城镇化战略研究”(项目批准号:2013C076) |
