英文摘要	从大学管理的角度来看,大学发展战略规划是大学管理中一种新兴的面向未来的管理方式。它综合运用行政、经营、战略、领导、治理等多种管理理论或技术,促进大学的战略发展,在大学管理中发挥着积极的作用与影响。从系统结构的角度看,大学发展战略规划在大学管理和发展中产生的直接的、稳定的、持续的积极有利的作用与影响便是它的功能。大学发展战略规划主要具有自我诊断、航标导向、监测控制、凝聚共识和凝练文化等功能。; From the perspective of university management,strategic planning is a new kind of university management in the future oriented management mode.It integrates administrative,management,strategy,leadership,governance and other management theories or technology,and promotes the strategic development of the university;it plays a role and positive influence in university management.From the point of view of system structure,strategic planning produces direct,stable,continuous positive role and influence in the management and the development of the university.So,it has some functions such as self-diagnosis,navigation guidance,monitoring and control,consensus and concise culture.; 国家社会科学基金教育学一般课题“现代大学制度研究——历史与现实的反思”(BIA130082)
