英文摘要	我国教育经济思想源远流长,但教育经济学独立学科形成是始于上个世纪70年代末。三十多年来,我国在高等教育经济功能研究上取得了丰硕成果,但也存在着过分强调其经济效益的偏误。夸大高等教育经济功能往往会导致研究与实践中的经济主义倾向,进而遮蔽教育的文化功能,引发本末倒置现象。高等教育经济研究应始终坚持为人才培养服务的价值取向,通过人才培养间接促进经济发展。; Despite a long history of the economic thoughts in Chinese education,the independent discipline of educational economics is formed in the late 1970 s.A big progress has been made in the research of economic functions of higher education,but it is over-exaggerated and that leads to a bias in both theory and practice,and dwindles the cultural function of education,putting the cart before the horse.Therefore,higher educational economics should always keep a values as top priority.
